Full List Of Inductees Into The WWE Hall Of Fame 2007

While we haven't posted news on some of the inductees into WWE's Hall Of Fame, we thought it would be appropriate to reveal the full list of people that will be inducted the night before WrestleMania.

The 9th and final inductee was revealed last night on RAW, so the full and final list of inductees goes as follows:

  • Dusty Rhodes
  • Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig
  • Jerry "The King" Lawler
  • Nick Bockwinkle
  • Mr. Fuji
  • The "Original" Sheik
  • The Wild Samoans
  • Jim Ross

Quite a nice list of people there, all of them most likely deserving to be inducted. No "celebrity wing" inductees this year either, just full fledged wrestling performers of some kind, everything from wrestlers to managers and announcers. Funny thing that both members of the RAW announce team being inducted this year, but both of them definitely deserve it for their contributions to the wrestling business.

Gotta agree with you, Taco, these are some fine inductees indeed. Well, actually, I have no idea who Nick Bockwinkle are. Care to shed some light on that?

Haven't seen that much of Nick Bockwinkel myself either actually, but from what I've heard he's a world famous former AWA Heavyweight Champion (he held the belt on numerous occasions) who was both very good in the ring, good on the mic and had an excellent look (for wrestling) as well. He was a true superstar, you might say, some say he was ahead of his time but I can't really tell since I haven't seen that much of him.

He had a very memorable feud with Hulk Hogan in the AWA if memory serves me correctly, before Hogan came to the WWE in the 80's.

I think it's cool that WWE are inducting wrestlers who weren't part of WWE (or at least a big part of WWE), simply because they were just huge elsewhere. Kind of like they did with Verne Gagne last year, who was a legend in his own right, just not in the WWE.
