Latest News On Goldberg, Negotiations Still On?
Rumor has it that negotiations between the WWE and Goldberg are still on, and that WWE are hoping to re-sign him. One can guess that with Brock Lesnar leaving, there is a desperate need for main event stars, and Goldberg would fill that void.

News courtesy of ProWrestling.Com:

"Despite all previous read rumours regarding the future of Bill Goldberg, it looks as though WWE have opted to reopen negotiations with him. The reason for this appears to be due to the loss of big names such as Brock Lesnar leaving the company, and Kurt Angle on the shelf for the time being, WWE are getting short of natural main-event stars.

WWE officials have offered Goldberg a new deal, which would see him work limited dates such as PPV’s and some T.V shows. WWE’s goal was to set up a large program between Goldberg and Steve Austin.

While many believe that Goldberg will return to the company, however once the time and money are right. Goldberg has been asking the question of whether it will benefit his career if he stayed of WWE television for a while, or whether to return to WWE television quickly so that fans don’t forget about him."
