The ending for the 2005 Royal Rumble, where both Batista and John Cena went over the top rope simultaneously only to have the match restarted and eventually won by Batista, was not planned. Batista tripped and fell along with Cena, but was scheduled to win cleanly.

Ken Kennedy Out Of Action Approximately 6 Months - Updated!
Bad news for fans of Ken Kennedy, as it seems that Mr. Kennedy unfortunately injured his back really serious. It is told that the injury is similar to the one that Batista suffered a while back, but that it's a lot more serious.

Although it hasn't been officially confirmed by WWE, it appears that Kennedy will need surgery to correct the injury, and that he as a result may be out as long as 6 months.

News courtesy of PWInsider.Com:

"Ken Kennedy's injury is very serious. he tore the lat in his back on the recent overseas tour. Kennedy tried to work through it, but the injury was much too overbearing. Surgery is scheduled later this week and he will be out of action for at least six months."

WWE.Com have now confirmed that Ken Kennedy will need to undergo surgery for his back injury, and they also confirm that the surgery will require 3 months worth of rehab as well as 3 months of training before any return to the ring is possible. So, this confirms that Kennedy will be out for close to 6 months.

WWE.Com also have an interview with Mr. Kennedy up on their site. To read it, click here.
